In honor of my colleagues who've recently taken up Jazzercise here at Southern Living, I've put together an upbeat workout playlist (with an assist from the new Apple iTunes Genius feature). Kudos to them for working out together and having fun.
The first class featured a song from Grammy-winning London songstress Amy Winehouse. I'm a big Winehouse fan, and even though she's more likely to break a sweat onstage (or knocking back a few drinks), "You Know I'm No Good" plays often on my iPod.
